Cancellations, Refunds & COVID-19 Flexi Cancellation Policy

REGULAR SEASON: Each booking requires a full 30 days notice of cancellation for a refund, (less cancellation fee of 50% of deposit paid). Less than 30 days, no refund for each site cancelled. NO REFUNDS for reason of weather, sickness, or if you shorten your stay on or after your arrival. No refund for guests not arriving on expected date.

HOLIDAY/PEAK SEASONS: Each booking requires a full 60 days notice of cancellation for a refund,(less cancellation fee of 50% of deposit paid). Less than 60 days, no refund for each site cancelled. If balance of payment has been made a refund may only be applicable if the site can be rebooked for the same period or part thereof. NO REFUNDS for reason of weather, sickness, or if you shorten your stay on or after your arrival. No refund for guests not arriving on expected date.

PROMOTIONS: Dates cannot be modified. If cancelled or in case of no-show the total price of the reservation will be charged and no refund is applicable.

COVID-19 Flexi Cancellation Policy: (Promotions excluded)

Withstanding rights under consumer law, guests will have the option to select a new date for their existing booking or accept a credit valid for up to 12 months (excluding specials or promotions) should any of the below criteria impact their planned stay:

• You or an immediate family member becomes sick with COVID–19 with proof of this event and dates.

• You are forced into self-isolation

• You are awaiting the results of a COVID–19 test or

• A State Government or Commonwealth Government directive is issued and means you are no longer able to travel to or from your destination.

Where requested, provide proof where the booking is held of COVID-19 impact as listed above.

Any cancellation which is deemed not applicable to the Flexi Cancellation Policy will need to comply with parks usual terms and conditions. If you unfortunately have to cancel your stay with us please be advised that all cancellations must be received in writing & sent to admin@riverretreatpark.com.au
